~ Assistant to the President
~ Keeps track of who's speaking when and making sure "all the bases are covered" for special speakers or events
~ Helps with behind-the-scenes work for the Pres.; especially work needed to be done by phone
~ Leads meetings in President's absence |

Secretary |
~ Takes notes at Monthly Group Meetings and Board Meetings
~ Does whatever behind-the-scenes work the President needs
~ Makes sure "thank you's" and gratituities are taken care of
~ Reminds the President to do get word out to the newspaper of regular and special upcoming meetings |

Treasurer |
~ Handles the finances of the group
~ Receives dues and donations
~ Informs secretary of new member info
~ Gets email addresses of those wanting to receive the newsletter via email to the Newsletter Editor
~ Gets home addresses of those wanting to receive the newsletter via regular mail to the Newsletter Disperser
~ Disperses payment to sitters, guest speakers, etc. |

Newsletter Writer/Editor |
~ Writes the newsletter, compiles information received for it; adds in announcements for it
~ Sends newsletter out electronically (by email) to the LCCEA e- list |

Website Designer and Manager |
~ Designs web pages for the group
~ Updates web pages with current information on meetings for the group |

Publications Coordinator |
~ Receives, stores, and brings to and from the meeting any free literature for the group. (Anyone in the group who gets something may give it to the PC to continue bringing to the meeting)
~ Makes sure word gets out at meetings about upcoming events |

Homeschool Presentation Night Coordinator |
~ Coordinates HSPN starting early in the year, announcing and explaining it at meetings
~ Gets leadership positions filled
~ Coordinates and MC's the program ~ or delegates |

Kitchen Refreshments/ Chairman |
~ Takes care getting sign-ups for refreshments, and getting them (and coffee) set up in the kitchen, and clean-up
~ Is responsible for set-up and clean-up in the kitchen, and getting help for this |

Children's Program Coordinator |
~ Keeps track of details of who's doing what for the children's program part of the monthly meetings. If you have any ideas, supplies, or want to volunteer for anything, call this person! (Just for the record, "default" is not that the Prez will take care of this; default is that we will not have a children's program and parents will need to get sitters at home for their children.) |

Graduation Liaison |
~ Gets word from the Daily News and to homeschoolers with graduates regarding homeschool graduation notification for the paper |

Facilities Host and Maintenance |
~ Sets up for meeting, asking for help if needed
~ Makes sure "sound" is taken care of if needed at meetings
~ Is responsible to see that clean-up and vacuuming are done after each meeting, and/or delegating or getting help as needed |
