Instructions:

        

   

1) Read everything on the two pages entitled:  "Description of the Homeschool Course for Parents" and

"Q's & A's - In-depth Description of and Encouragement for the Homeschool Course."  You need to fully understand what this course is about ~ the heart and soul of it, and how it operates ~ before embarking on it.

     

2) Type the requested information into the boxes provided below.

 

3) Print out on your computer.  Make sure all typed-in information is visible! ... There are (at least) a couple of things that can go wrong at this point: 

  

a)  One is that your printer may not print out everything.  (Like it may cut off everything on the right side of the page.)  If this happens, just make sure that all the information I'm requesting of you is on the printed page.  (It doesn't matter if all of MY print is on there.) 

     

b)  The "tick boxes" (that you put a check in) don't always work right; they sometimes print out as just black squares. So after you print out this page, please check this, and make sure there's a checkmark beside the ones you intend to check. 

  

(I'm sorry for any inconvenience if you do encounter a problem, but I haven't been able to figure out what the problem is with these matters, printers and computers vary widely in how they "interpret" things, so we just have to work around it. ... Alternatively, you are welcome to print out the page, and then fill in the information by hand, if you prefer.)

BOTH of us ~ husband and wife ~ took this course, meaning both of us have done ALL of the reading of and listening to the resources, and both have processed and read ALL of the responses in the Course Syllabus.  In other words, one spouse may do all the writing in the syllabus ~ i.e. be the "scribe" ~ but for both the husband and wife's names to go on the Certificate of Completion, both must have fully participated in the course reading, listening, and responding.
